Since FoM’s launch into Early Access, your feedback and support have helped us shape the game into something truly special. We’re excited to share our plans for Update 4 and give you a first look at our plans for 1.0 via Update 5!
Coming early 2026, Update 4: The Mines Update will complete the Mines storyline, introduce a secret bachelorette, and add new systems like apiaries and terrariums to the game. We’re also continuing to make performance improvements and add additional skill perks and customizations.
Also in 2026 (date TBD), Update 5 will bring you our 1.0 release. When we first launched FoM into Early Access, we planned to reach 1.0 in about one year. Since then, we've worked hard to consistently release content updates and implement feedback from the community. Taking the time to thoughtfully address that feedback has meant our development pace has shifted, and we’re now planning for 1.0 to arrive in 2026. Our goal is to implement additional community feedback while finishing the remaining content for the game, ensuring the full release meets the level of quality we envision, while prioritizing a healthy & realistic pace for our team.
We are also excited to share that while the game will be completable as we originally envisioned at full release, we aim to release post 1.0 updates with additional content and surprises as well.
