Hello, fellow Farmers!
The development progress of the game's playable content is currently going well, but we have decided to spend more time refining the UI and feedback performance. Therefore, this Playtest will continue for a while longer.
We then plan to participate in the Steam Next Fest next February and launch the game afterwards. We hope you will continue to follow the game's update progress and provide your valuable suggestions!
Currently, the Playtest version of Deck of Harvest has been updated with a new class – the Vegetable Farmer. Please update your Playtest to the latest version to experience it!
New Class Unlocked – Vegetable Farmer: Grow delicious vegetables and skillfully utilize weather changes to achieve higher yields!
New Mechanic for the New Class: Weather Change – Sunny days grant Sunlight, rainy days grant Dew, and cloudy days allow drawing one extra card per turn!
New Level Mechanic: Reclaim Land every turn! Clear the annoying weeds that occupy plots!
New Score Sound Effect: The sound gradually rises in pitch when scoring!
The Elite Levels every 4 stages will be strengthened; you need a more powerful card deck to pass these challenges.
Adjusted stats of vegetable crops:
1. Increased the maturation cycle of Infinite Chives – you need to figure out how to successfully grow Infinite Chives to maturity.
2. Made Flashlight Carrot require evolution, addressing the issue of the Sunlight Spell Power build being too strong.
Fixed the critical bug where blank cards were sometimes drawn.
Fixed the bug where watering was unavailable due to the Easter Statue.
Fixed some game progress errors after restarting the game.
