⚡Electrified transformers added to telephone poles around the neighborhood for a small added challenge

🎡 Stability added for hamster wheels in Ratatoskr platforming challenge, as they would sometimes simply vanish at high frame rates

😈 Ratatoskr spiked club attack damage buffed to be more in-balance to the rest of his attacks
