After having been left in a coma at the end of CONTROL, Dylan Faden has now woken up to a crisis unlike anything the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC) has ever seen. The FBC is now deploying him at to take on a mysterious cosmic entity as it alters fundamental aspects of our reality. Dylan must harness his newfound powers to take the fight to the myriad threats overwhelming Manhattan, all while seeking out his sister, FBC Director Jesse Faden.
