[PC] Compensation for Item Acquisition Error

Greetings from The First Berserker: Khazan.

The May 27 patch will provide compensation for the issue where certain items could not be acquired.
This compensation will be granted to players who were unable to obtain items properly due to an error that occurred on Steam between May 16 and May 17.

Compensation Schedule

• May 27, 2025, 6:00 AM (UTC)
• To receive the compensation, you must update to the May 27 patch (Steam - Ver. 510609).

Eligible Players

• Players who played the game on Steam between the May 16 hotfix and the May 17 hotfix will be eligible for compensation.
• This compensation applies only to errors that occurred on Steam and will not be provided on other platforms.

Compensation Criteria

• Common Items (NG)
  • If an attempt was made to acquire the item but the item was not properly obtained, key items will be granted.

• Material Items (NG+ / NG++)
  • Essential crafting materials according to will be granted in a single instance.

• Recipe Items (NG+ / NG++)
  • Items that are missing based on the current inventory and registered recipes will be provided.

• Phantom Awakening Items (NG+ / NG++)
  • Essential crafting materials according to will be granted in a single instance.

* NG: 1st playthrough, NG+: 2nd playthrough, NG++: 3rd playthrough
* Compensation items can be claimed from the in-game mailbox.

Compensation and Eligibility Criteria

Netherworld Energy

• (Common) If an attempt was made to acquire the item but it was not properly obtained, and if the number of items held is below the mission's maximum limit, the missing amount will be granted up to that limit.
• Applicable Mission and Compensation
  • Embars: Netherworld Energy +1
  • Skoffa Cave: Netherworld Energy +1
  • El Ravaca: Netherworld Energy +1
  • Atlante the Precise: Netherworld Energy +1
  • The Vow: Netherworld Energy +1

Augment of Wisdom

• (Common) Granted if an attempt was made to acquire the item but it was not properly obtained.
• Applicable Mission and Compensation
  • Unrequited Love: Augment of Wisdom
  • Crimson Trace: Augment of Wisdom
  • Last Sentinel: Augment of Wisdom
  • Birth of Evil: Augment of Wisdom
  • Transcendental Sword: Augment of Wisdom

Special Weapon Crafting Material Items

• (NG) Granted if an attempt was made to acquire the item but it was not properly obtained.
• Applicable Missions and Compensation (NG)
  • Aldevir: Flash Stone
  • Atlante the Precise: Fossilized Wooyo
  • Vaisar Gate: Crimson Meteorite
  • Vitalon: Flash Stone
  • Great Temple: Crimson Meteorite
  • Imperial Palace: Fossilized Wooyo

• (NG+) Flash Stone, Fossilized Wooyo, and Crimson Meteorite will be granted, 2 of each.

Special Weapon Crafting Recipe Items

• (NG+) If an attempt was made to acquire the item but it was not properly obtained, and the item is neither in the inventory nor registered in the blacksmith's recipe list, the corresponding mission reward will be granted.
• (NG++) Items that are not currently in the inventory or registered in the recipe list will be granted based on a comparison with the reward list below.
• Applicable Missions and Compensation (From NG+ Onward)
  • Aldevir: Legendary Lightning Scroll
  • Atlante the Precise: Legendary Flora Scroll
  • Vaisar Gate: Legendary Fireball Scroll

Special Set Crafting Material Items

• (NG) Granted if an attempt was made to acquire the item but it was not properly obtained.
• (NG+/NG++) All special set crafting material items will be granted in a single instance.
• Applicable Mission and Compensation
  • Valus' Axe: Witch's Tentacle (x3)
  • Lacrima: Netherworld Mineral (x3)
  • Rephalan Mountains: Guardian's Hooves (x3), Frozen Mountain Ruler's Horn (x3), and Man-Eating Spider Leg (x3)
  • Vaisar Gate: Bandit’s Spoils (x3)
  • Birth of Evil: Fallen Lord's Claws (x3)
  • Imperial Palace: Berserk Dragon Horn (x3), Blood-soaked Stoneshard (x3), Tears of Farewell (x3), Northern Warrior's Blade (x3), and Princess's Mirror (x3)

Phantom Awakening Items
