Rukia can inflict Weaken+ with all of her attacks apart from her second and third strong attacks, allowing her to reduce damage taken from enemies to 1 while dealing more damage to them. As a "+" type status ailment, Weaken+ can be stacked with other status ailments, maximizing the impact of status effects .
She has a healing technique on her second strong attack and a major healing technique on her third strong attack, making her excellent at restoring the Stamina of her allies.
Her third strong attack also features a barrier technique. Combined with the skill "Multi-Barrier +2" and the EX Skill "EX Multi-Barrier +1," she can provide six barriers to herself and four to her allies, offering total support in terms of defense.
Rukia also possesses the Enemies Defeated Bonus "(Team/Party) Normal Attack Damage +20%" and "(Team/Party) Strong Attack Damage +20%" effects, as well as the "(Team/Party) Damage to Status Ailment-Affected Enemies +20%" skill, allowing her to boost the damage output of the entire party.
