PATCH NOTES:
Added a radio in the main menu that plays music
Added a click sound when you hit M1 in the main menu
Fixed the pause menu grey background not filling the whole screen for higher resolutions
Added Level 7.3
Added Level 8
Added secret exits to level 7, 7.1 and 7.2
Added a jump pad to Level 7.2 so its possible grappleless
And a few other things.
