We’re excited to share the details of our v1.0.1 patch, focused on fixing key bugs, improving performance, and adding quality-of-life updates to make your survival adventure smoother and more fun. 🐛 BUG FIXES
Fixed an issue where balloons from the Balloon Launcher would sometimes fail to lock onto targets within range.
Corrected several text display errors.
Fixed an issue where notification icons (red dots, upgrade indicators, new items) could incorrectly disappear.
Fixed occasional errors with background music transitions.
Fixed a rendering issue causing magma projectile trails to display incorrectly.
Fixed missing text in some languages.
Fixed a rare bug where the ship could fall through the ground indefinitely.
Fixed treasure chest icons desyncing with the minimap.
Fixed a rare bug where Ooze Zombies could get stuck lying flat.
Fixed a bug where the boss’s HP could drop to zero or below, causing it to become unkillable.
Fixed a bug where storms could sometimes never end under certain conditions.
Fixed a bug where trinkets like Statue of Dudeyjiz, Dummar’s Heart, and Fireknight’s Badge could cause broken turrets to fail to reload after repairs.
⚙️ QOL & PERFORMANCE
Optimized forest stages for higher frame rates on Steam Deck.
Sped up the animation of the Gacha Altar.
Improved keyboard and controller input handling and UI behavior when a controller is connected.
Added more support for the ESC key to quickly close UI windows.
Added an option to unlock the 60 FPS cap for high refresh rate monitors.
