Update 172.0 - Steam Old Version(Default). Update 172.0 - Testpublic. Update 138.0 - Crossplayer
We have an update for Animalia! The night vision has been completely overhauled. It is no longer black and white or green-tinted, offering a natural brightness that highlights every detail. Experience a new visual clarity as you explore the night environments in a more realistic.
The cheetah's mouth animation has been adjusted, as sometimes the bug occurred when the animal moved backward, starting from the jaw skeleton.
Previously, the cheetah cub couldn't join the adults until the juvenile stage due to a bug. This is now fixed, and the cub can join the group right from birth.
The issue with the zebra mane has been fixed. The excessive shine, which occurred mainly as night approached in the game, has been adjusted, as it was a bug caused by the interaction between the mane material and the eye material.
The vocalization 4 of the male lion has been added, along with the vocalizations 1 and 4 of the female lion. All vocalizations are now complete, ensuring the male and female lions have their sounds fully adjusted.
After the map and save changes, fall damage was removed to protect the animals. Now, it is back. If your animal falls from cliffs or high places, it may take damage or even die.
Halloween and Christmas event content, still present in the map, has been removed. Severe adjustments were applied to the map to improve the experience.
The brightness in Ultra Dynamic Sky was reduced. Initially, it had been increased to give the player a clearer night experience, but with the lighting adjustment, it returned to the original balance.
Announcement: Improvements, adjustments, and fixes have been added to the skins of various animals, organized as follows:
Elephant
Rhinoceros
Hippopotamus
Lion
Gazelle
Warthog
Kudu
Additionally, these animal skins have been adjusted to better reflect climate effects, such as snow and dust in sandstorms.
From now on, we will focus on serving the community by dedicating ourselves to the structure, correction, and enhancement of the animals. We will review animations, fix bugs, improve mechanics, and add new features. Older animals will receive continuous updates until all are finalized, and new ones will be developed individually, ensuring a complete evolution.
Soon, a new map will be added, along with the others. We are working on the Tanzania Map, a version 2.0 of the old Africa Map, from the 2023 to 2024 period. This new version is larger, with new locations. Updates are being made constantly, and it will be released soon. The initial version will have a reduced area, and it will be expanded as the map development progresses.
We appreciate all the feedback from the community and ask for your understanding during this adjustment phase.
We continue working to improve the realism, performance, and overall quality of Animalia Survival.
