Ichigo's first strong attack has a minor Boost that strengthens his allies. This Boost becomes even more effective with the skills "Booster" and "Enhancer," ensuring that the Boost duration matches the cooldown time of his first strong attack, allowing him to continuously Boost his allies during quests.
His third strong attack has a major Boost with a higher effect and longer duration than usual, greatly boosting both the offensive and defensive capabilities of himself and his allies.
Ichigo can inflict Lacerate+ with all of his attacks apart from his first and third strong attacks, allowing him to prevent his enemies from using their strong attacks while dealing continuous damage. As a "+" type status ailment, Lacerate+ can be stacked with other status ailments, maximizing the impact of status effects.
With his skills boosting his normal attack damage by 100% and his Soul Trait by another 40%, Ichigo's normal attacks are increased by a substantial 140% damage. Since he also has the powerful "Flurry +3," Ichigo can deal punishing normal attack damage.
He possesses the skill "(Team/Party) Damage to Status Ailment-Affected Enemies +20%," which stacks with the EX Skill "EX (Team/Party) Damage to Status Ailment-Affected Enemies +20%." Combined with his "(Team/Party) Special Move Damage +20%," he can significantly boost the damage of his allies.
Ichigo is also the first character to have the powerful "Normal attack damage +40%" Soul Trait. This Soul Trait as well as "EX (Team/Party) Damage to Status Ailment-Affected Enemies +20%" can be shared if he is used in the first link slot. This makes him highly effective as a character link for normal attack-focused characters that can inflict status ailments.
Ichigo has Squad Zero Killer+ and a resistance to Freeze+ thanks to a Freeze Resistance of 200%, ensuring he shines as a non-controlled character in Guild Quests with Squad Zero Killer and increased ranged damage rules.

Uryu can inflict Drain+ with all of his attacks, allowing him to steal his enemies' Stamina for himself while sealing away their ability to inflict status ailments. As a "+" type status ailment, Drain+ can be stacked with other status ailments, maximizing their impact.
With the skill "Increased Status Ailment Chance Against Soul Reapers" and the EX Skill "EX Siphoner," Uryu can more easily inflict Drain/Drain+ on his enemies, particularly those of the Soul Reaper Affiliation.
Since Uryu can restore his own Stamina through the Drain/Drain+ status ailment, it's easy to maintain the conditions for his skills "Damage inflicted at full STA +20%" and "(Full Stamina Only) Strong Attack Damage +40%." He can also make use of the powerful "Damage to Drained Enemies +50%," and "Status Ailment Spiritual Pressure Boost +80%" to deal massive damage to enemies inflicted with Drain/Drain+.
With his EX Move "Forward-Facing Super Wide-Range Attack" Uryu unleashes an attack across a very wide area in front of him. By choosing the timing well when activating it, he can deal damage to multiple enemies simultaneously.
Uryu's Soul Trait "Strong attack recharge time -14%" along with his EX Skills "EX Damage to Drained Enemies +35%" and "EX Siphoner" can all be shared with other characters by placing him in their first link slot, making him an excellent choice for a Strong Attack-based character's link slot.
Uryu has Soul Reaper Killer+ and a resistance to even Paralysis+ thanks to a Paralysis Resistance of 200%, making him immensely valuable in difficult quests such as Guild Quests and Limit Breaker Quests, especially those with Soul Reaper Killer and increased ranged damage rules.
