[v1.2]Hospital Designer Update Is Out Now

Our biggest update so far, Hospital Designer, is now officially released and available in Doctor Life Simulator. This update marks a major step forward, expanding the game into a deeper hospital-building and management experience.

Hospital Designer Update

Hospital Designer introduces a true hospital-building and infrastructure management loop. You can freely design and reshape your hospital, create new rooms, expand floors, and customize the layout to fit your playstyle. As the hospital grows, new simulation challenges naturally emerge, requiring smart planning and constant iteration.

Ventilation and air quality become critical as patient traffic increases. Power consumption rises with new equipment, forcing you to manage electricity distribution and scale your infrastructure. Room placement and distance directly affect patient flow, waiting times, and staff efficiency. Hygiene, crowding, and system balance all play a role in keeping the hospital running smoothly.

Core Gameplay Loop

The experience is built around a simple but addictive loop. You build and expand, new problems appear, you solve them, and the hospital grows further. The system is designed so the hospital may become chaotic at times, but it is always solvable through thoughtful design and management.

About old City and Diagnosis Gameplay

Currently it is unavailable for a short time. We will implement it to the new hospital building gameplay with co-op support.

With Hospital Designer now fully released, development continues on the next major updates, including Co-op Mode, City Missions, and Surgeries. We’ll be sharing more details and in-game visuals very soon. We will add mod suppot to the Doctor Life Simulator.
