Remembering April 26, 1986

As we approach the anniversary of the Chornobyl nuclear disaster, we want to pay our respects to the heroes and victims of those tragic events. At Vimagineo, we believe that games can be a powerful medium for preserving memory and exploring history from a unique perspective.

Coming Soon: The "Revisit" Update

On April 26, we will release a major update for Chernobyl Again, introducing a highly requested feature: The Revisit Mode.

This new mode will allow you to return to any previously completed level directly from the main menu. Whether you want to soak in the atmosphere of the Zone at your own pace or discover everything you might have missed, the Zone is now open for your exploration.

Discover the "Memories"

The "Revisit" mode is the perfect opportunity to complete your collection of Memories. Each level contains hidden artifacts — relics of the past — that offer deep insights into the catastrophe, scientific anecdotes, and the daily lives of those affected.

A Note from the Team: We have heard your feedback regarding the authenticity of our setting. While Chernobyl Again remains our global title, in this update, we have focused on ensuring that the historical and geographical details within the game — including our "Memories" descriptions — reflect the deep respect we have for the Ukrainian heritage of this land.

P.S. We’ve also heard your feedback regarding the crowbar mechanics! We know it was a bit too challenging in some levels, so we’ve simplified and refined it to make your journey through the Zone smoother and more enjoyable.
