Update #28- High School Mode and Faster End of Year Process

Update 28 is a different type of update than usual. Update 28 has a new mode that plays out like high school baseball. It definitely isn't a mode for everyone. However, if you are wanting to play a high school style universe, this might be closer to what you want. Recruiting is replaced with a tryout system that is based on multiple factors like classification, prestige, and coach level. The playoff system is replaced with a 7 classification playoff system. 5A through 7A is 4 regions each, and the top 4 teams from each region make the post season. Regions 1A through 4A have 8 regions each, and the top 4 make it from each region for a total of 32 playoff teams. I have included a MSHS.json file that will be in your game directory, so if you want to edit it for your own teams and state, you can change team names, colors, and things of that nature. However I would not change the Classification names, and I wouldn't mess with the regions much at all. It's possible there are a few hard coded elements for prestige points for the higher classifications, and I think it would definitely mess up something if those were changed.A couple of other things that distinguish the high school from the college level is that the games are 7 innings long, and also have mercy rules to prevent some crazy blowouts. They can still happen, but it helps keep the scores down some. Also you can now have players for a total of 6 years if you let a 7th grader make the team at tryouts. Also one of the biggest changes I've been able to make on the technical side is that now database updating will take seconds instead of minutes when you start getting longer dynasties. I've play tested it a bunch, but I would still recommend having a backup dynasty in case something glitches. Please let me know if you find any bugs, and I can try to fix it.
