Greetings, fellow Vampires!

We're excited to announce that Bloody Hell Hotel will launch in 2026. We'll narrow the launch window further as we get closer.

  • Following the announcement, we made a deliberate choice to expand the scope of the game.
Early feedback from the community confirmed what we already felt - Bloody Hell Hotel needed to be bigger, deeper, and bolder. So we doubled down on the vision and committed to building something that fully delivers on its potential.

  • We explored funding opportunities to accelerate development but chose not to compromise the vision when it didn't happen immediately. Instead, we continued working with a smaller team until the right support came through.

  • That support is now secured. With full funding in place, the scope locked, and production accelerating, we finally have the clarity to commit to a timeline.

  • We’re still cautious about overpromising, which is why we’re announcing only the year for now. From the start, our goal has been to create something that doesn’t just feel ambitious - but actually is. The soundtrack is recorded with a 60-piece orchestra and mixed by the sound engineer behind Inception and Pirates of the Caribbean. Art direction is led by a Disney and DreamWorks veteran, with AAA voice talent and artists on board. That’s why we’re giving the team the breathing room they need to do their best work.

  • Bloody Hell Hotel is much bigger than what the original trailer suggests. Major features - some planned as early as 2022 - are yet to be revealed.

  • In the coming months, we’ll begin unveiling these systems to give you a clearer picture of the full scope of the game. Our goal is to release a comprehensive gameplay trailer in early 2026 that showcases most of the core mechanics and systems.

  • Until then, expect regular updates, previews, and occasional teasers - there’s a lot we’re excited to share.

  • Early Access is yet to be confirmed - but it’s likely.

  • That said, it’s important to clarify what we mean by Early Access. If we go this route, our intent remains the same as always: to release a highly polished game that delivers on everything we’ve promised. Bloody Hell Hotel was never meant to ship in a half-baked state - and it won’t.

  • What Early Access would offer is a chance to shape the game together, right before the finish line - refining balance, pacing, and the overall experience through direct collaboration with the players who care most. That kind of creative partnership simply isn’t possible in a corporate environment, disconnected from its audience.

  • To be clear, this isn’t about replacing QA - we’ll continue working closely with a dedicated QA team to catch bugs and technical issues. But some things can only be discovered once the game is in real players’ hands - how it feels, how systems connect, and how it all plays over time.

  • If we move forward, the Early Access period will be relatively short and focused. Once confirmed, we’ll share a detailed roadmap and outline how the rollout will work.

Bloody Hell Hotel is on the verge of breaking into the Top 100 most wishlisted games on Steam - ahead of numerous AAA titles, despite being built by a small team with virtually no marketing beyond a few gameplay shorts posted in the last few months.

That kind of organic momentum helped us secure the funding we needed to stay true to the original vision and build the game at full scale. To everyone who added the game to their wishlist, shared it, or supported it early: thank you. We don’t take it for granted and aim to exceed expectations.

Community3 Aug 2026GibberishGreetings, fellow Vampires! Lately, we've been spending a lot of time in the recording studio with an incredible cast of voice actors (known for their work for DreamWorks, Disney). While talking about each voice would be interesting enough, today we'll delve deeper into the language guests will speak. One of the boldest decisions we made during development was to create an entirely original spo…Community14 Jun 2026Dungeons Sneak PeekGreetings, fellow Vampires! We've been hard at work on the most challenging system in the game: procedurally generated dungeons. Our goal from the very beginning was to avoid the feeling of "procedural nonsense" - endless random rooms stitched together without purpose. We wanted dungeons that feel hand-crafted, while still offering the replayability and unpredictability that procedural generati…Community30 Apr 2026Character ProgressionGreetings, fellow Vampires!
