Remastered Character Update and Alliances: Fate Beckons Release Date

We’ve got two exciting announcements for you:
- We’ve just added 5 remastered characters to Talisman: Digital 5th Edition, including the iconic Druid and Minstrel from the 4th Edition base game!
- We’re able to confirm that Alliances: Fate Beckons will be launching for Talisman: Digital 5th Edition on July 10th!
First up, the remastered Druid and Minstrel characters are available for free to all owners of Talisman: Digital 5th Edition, as of today. They were originally available in the base 4th Edition version of the Talisman board game, so whether you’re playing with these two for the first time, or coming back to an old favourite, we hope all players enjoy them!
The remastered versions of The Ranger, The Jester and The Swordsman are also now available as individual purchases, or you can bring across your original purchases of these characters from Talisman: Digital Classic Edition to unlock the new, remastered versions at no additional cost.
Just like with the remastered expansions from Talisman: Digital Classic Edition, if you’ve previously purchased one of the newly remastered characters in Talisman: Digital Classic Edition, the remastered version will be added to your copy of Talisman: Digital 5th Edition completely free - you just need to sign into your Nomad Account on both games! - Added The Druid and The Minstrel to the base game, free for all players.
- The Ranger, The Jester and The Swordsman characters are also now available as individual purchases.
- Added the ability to sync across your individual character purchases from Talisman: Digital Classic Edition over to Talisman: Digital 5th Edition
- We've added the ability to launch Talisman: Digital Classic Edition from within the game
- Fixed an issue where in an online lobby the replace quest house rule would not always appear the same for all players
- Tons of text, spelling and grammar fixes across the game
- We now grey-out unavailable 'use' options in mini card menus in tutorials - making it clearer what you can and can't choose!
- Fixed an issue where turning into the Toad would stop capacity followers from working when it shouldn't
- Fixed a display issue with the Ancient Artefact - it will now display a modifier next to dice when used
- Fixed an issue where the AI would willingly landing on the chasm space.
- Fixed a visual issue where using concealed items wouldn't keep the concealed icon on them - the icon now stays, so you can keep track of what you've got hidden!
- Fixed an odd interaction where using the Academy to complete a Warlock Quest would not miss turns when you should - you now correctly miss turns, even if you leave the Academy mid-study.
- Restored the Assassin's ability to use the assassinate ability while at the Crown of Command
- Fixed a very rare crash caused by clicking to view the Toad card. Toads aren't meant to be that powerful. ːTalProToadː
- Fixed character statistics incorrectly synching from Talisman: Digital Classic Edition
- Fixed another rare crash that would happen when browsing a deck
