Hello everyone,

This is a QoL + translations patch following the release of v0.5. Let me know if you encounter any issues. Have fun!

Changelog:
* Added missing v0.5 translations
* Added "owned" count for cards in card shop
* Added Delete Deck, Copy Deck and Tama icon/description on deck list screen (only accessible via Mouse for now)
* Earthquake card change: Gain 1 Shard per deleted Tama.
* 3 new Steam achievements
* Added Eliza theme and new battle theme for Wind Mountain leader
* Cancelling surrender prompt fixed input bug
* Fixed Lava Zone miner npc cooldown text
* Save slot pre-select fix (when you go save the game it will pre-select the correct slot)
