I'm working on two new titles "Taru's Infernal Pledge" and "Neuro/Splice"!

Hey all!

I’ve been working on two new titles for about 2 years now: Taru’s Infernal Pledge (TIP) and Neuro/Splice (N/S). TIP is story completed with ~320 000 words (13 Chapters) and is currently waiting for the artwork to be completed. Meanwhile, N/S will soon release its Chapter 3 and is thus much earlier in its development cycle.

Since neither game is completed, they cannot be shared here on Steam yet. We’re hosting early access (beta) versions on Patreon and itch for N/S, and only itch for Taru’s Infernal Pledge.

Below are some SFW artwork and details on these two adult visual novels. We hope to bring these to Steam as soon as they are finished.

Taru’s Infernal Pledge

Taru’s Infernal Pledge is a text-based (Twine) interactive fiction with high-quality hand-drawn digital art. The gameplay is quite similar to my first title Jessica’s Plight (and the original Twine version of Animus Non Grata), but the game is bigger than both JP and ANG combined, with multiple branching storylines and 12 endings. As with my previous work, this is a kinky adventure, with a female protagonist.

Story Synopsis

In Taru's Infernal Pledge, you step into the shoes of Taru 'Bolt' Nopsa, a dashing young woman and an exceptionally skilled thief and assassin. Immerse yourself in a new original fantasy universe and the sprawling metropolitan city of Valkama, the capital city of Jaerwik in the northern edges of the known world.

As Taru, you have been working with a gang of criminals, your only family in truth, for a few years now. Your latest mission turns out to be a trap, and you're taken captive by cultists of an ancient evil known as The Fathomless Hunger. Your soul will be sacrificed to appease this mysterious deity, unless you can escape your shackles.

Piru, the 5th archdemon of hell, has been trying to tempt you into a pact with him for a long time. Just like he did with your mother, who died years ago under strange circumstances. Now, in order to escape the cultists, you find yourself finally pledging your body to the demon. Piru's demands, however, make your head spin...

Please the demon's sexual appetites as his concubine and serve him as his mortal assassin. Explore the Abyss with Tryton, the anointed of Astorolus, and become familiar with his intimate world of consensual BDSM. Embrace the blinding and sadistic light of the God of Mercy with Opettaille, and the pleasure that can be found in pain. Find your old gang, answers, and revenge. The road to saving your soul and reclaiming ownership of your body is long and hard.

Praise for Taru's Infernal Pledge:

"Interesting plot. The characters are well written!"

"Incredibly hot and well written. The shibari scene alone has one of the most well written, vivid depictions of subspace that I've read in a while."

"I like this, especially the slightly zany and mischievous heroine!"

"Great job with the writing!"

"Keep up the great work, this is one of the games I'm looking forward to the most!"

"The writing is sharp, and the characters, particularly Taru and Piru, are incredibly well-developed. I'm honestly hooked on their dynamic alone."

"If you're into deep narrative with branching paths and rich character drama, this one's definitely for you."

"Very well written, with solid prose, good character writing... The smut is terrific: it's not just solidly written, it's also very grounded and respectful."

Neuro/Splice

Neuro/Splice is developed directly in Renpy, like Animus Non Grata - Special Edition. Synthetic Rush joins me once again in this project as the amazing Daz3D artist behind stunning full HD renders! N/S is heavily inspired by works such as Face/Off, set in a dystopian sci-fi setting, where we follow two protagonists of opposing factions.

Story Synopsis

In Neuro/Splice, we follow dual protagonists Cassie Marlowe and Ryke Voss, two sworn enemies of opposing factions. Cassie belongs to the Veilbreakers - an outlawed group of truth-seekers who are convinced that NexaCorp is hiding something profoundly important about the state of the known world. Ryke works for NexaCorp, as a police officer, and has a personal reason to take down Cassie and the Veilbreakers.

The Veilbreakers successfully plant a computer virus in the NexaCorp mainframe, threatening to spill the corporate secrets to the world, before triggering a catastrophic meltdown. The culprits straight-up refuse to reveal how to safely remove it, and time is running out... Ryke and his team form a mad plan: Infiltrate the mixed-gender maximum security prison where Clyde and Eric are held, pretending to be Cassie, and learn the truth about the virus. To do so, they need to use an experimental procedure known as Neuro-Splicing, transferring Ryke's consciousness into Cassie's body.

Ryke (in Cassie's body) is thrown into prison, and a dangerous underground world, in an attempt to learn how to stop the virus. Inevitably he stumbles upon truths about NexaCorp that makes him question everything he knows. Meanwhile, Cassie wakes up in Ryke's body and finds herself in a unique position of power to learn more about the NexaCorp from within its own ranks...

Stay tuned for more information on these projects here on Steam, or follow us on Patreon / itch for more frequent news and playable demos!

Cheers,

FlimsyLegs
