A precaution has been added for the 20:00 bug.

Fixed the bug where Tony’s bag money was unusable.
Fixed visual bug with bank vaults (money disappearing when doors close).
Fixed an issue where the seizure quest didn’t trigger for some players, blocking progression to the 2nd bank.
Fixed and improved the quest item placement issue when moving to the new bank.

Added dart control.
