Today marks one month since the release of “Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O.” and we are very grateful to the many fans around the world who have picked it up and played it. We’re committed to making Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. the best experience possible and hope the latest patch, Ver.1.02 that launched two days ago, shows our dedication to this game.
Since the Open Beta in December, our development team has been reviewing your feedback, requests, and bug reports daily through our official Discord and social media accounts. While some suggestions are challenging to implement, we are constantly brainstorming ways to address them - considering their feasibility and priority level. These larger changes may take time, but we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our goal is to ensure that everyone continues to enjoy the game for a long time. We appreciate any feedback, requests or suggestions you have, and we want to hear it! So please continue to let us know us via our official Discord
We are working out the final details in preparation of our official global tournament – the "Virtua Fighter Open Championship (VFOC)," revealed during the "VF Direct 2024" stream last December and are excited to share more information with you soon. Our team is looking forward to witnessing the journey of all fighters from around the world come together in this tournament and seeing who will be crowned the first global champion of VF!
Going forward our promise to you is that we will continue sharing the latest updates about VF5 R.E.V.O., as well as the thoughts and ideas of the development team through producer letters like this one. We appreciate your continued support for VF and Sega.
