Fallout 76 Public Test Server · published

Today we have deployed an update to the Public Test Server. Please read on below for the patch notes.
Players can now lock and unlock items in their stash when accessed via the My C.A.M.P. Device.
Power Armor pieces will now keep their Locked/Unlocked status when added to or removed from a Power Armor Chassis.
With today’s PTS update we’re making some additional changes to how V.A.T.S. calculates Hit Chance. We’re making these changes with the intention of allowing certain buffs, mods and perks to have more of an effect on improving Hit Chance.
Perception now provides a larger benefit to hit chance.
Recoil and cone of fire now play a more prominent role in deciding hit chance.
Items should now rotate in the same direction as they do on the live servers (sorry about that, we never meant to swap those!)
We've tamed the experience of using controller bumpers to scroll through categories. No longer will that scroll run free.
Placement error messages should now properly clear.
The menu now remembers which mode you were in when you re-enter it.
“New” category will now show one entry per new item purchased or unlocked.
Items in “New” category can now properly be placed.
Various bugfixes around the Replace functionality - including instances of the cursor jumping to the top of the list.
