Before I go into all the detail relating to the release, just want to say how grateful I am for you all supporting this game! It really means the world to me, and I could not do this if it wasn't for each and every single one of you, NOW for the content!!
Got some brand new items that have finally arrived! For starters, some basic new items that can benefit you to have extra flips, but also a new KEYWORD!
That being Rejuvenate! It makes the coin add a percentage of its stats to other coins, this being its damage, flips, etc.
One thing that was requested a LOT was...
Now in game you can change the game speed to make it play A LOT faster, or slower if that floats your boat! Makes those high elimination runs just a tad more fun to watch and play through! BUT one thing about getting those high elimination runs is actually...
The BRAND NEW LEADERBOARD! Featuring a little more of a way to challenge other players! Making it so now there is a leaderboard for both level, and difficulty you have selected!
Speaking of the levels...
There are 4 locations you all have yet to play! Featuring some new bosses for you to take a swing at! Hope you enjoy their little mechanics they have in place!
Now for a little fun update...
Now you can actually change up your card back in game, currently there are just 3 BUT I plan on adding more!
And with all that content, this is just scratching the surface of what I want for this game.
Lets talk about it.
For this game I am going to have a fully fledged story to the game, I want to release it in chapters, not yet sure on an exact day to give you all. But I am very excited! I have everything written down, now I just gotta build it up!
Currently the items in the game, are the base version of what I want to add. There is going to be some coins that will actually have interactive elements for you to mess with! For example, a slot machine coin, that then decides what damage it will do. Things like that.
Related to games like Balatro, where you can just click play and go into a run, I am thinking the same for Vault of The Vanquished! Giving you a more challenging tower like experience!
Last thing I will leave you with, is I REALLY want to bring in a steam workshop for the game! Starting off simple with custom card backs and mouse pointers, to being able to make your own items and locations! THAT is gonna be pretty far in the future, but something I am very passionate about making!
