Development for the next major update (v0.13) is underway and proceeding smoothly! I expect it will be released faster than usual— potentially before the end of the summer— but I'll be sure to keep everyone updated as development progresses.
At the start of v0.13, you'll have the opportunity to go on a date with Valerie before Rena's attack begins. This will include both romantic and sexual content, and will serve as the last big slice-of-life section of Act 3.
Naturally, this update includes a lot of action, as Rena begins her assault on the vampire nests. However, it won't be an easy task for her, as the nests are guarded by a powerful foe.
This assault kicks off the main phase of Act 3, pushing the story into heavier and more emotionally charged territory. Valerie receives important character development, which directly connects to the protagonist's personal arc in the following update.
Towards the end of v0.13, players will have the option for another sex scene with Valerie. Unlike previous scenes, this one is designed to be different in tone, as it will be more romantic than sexual. Although Rena's and Annestria's scenes have already featured romantic dialogue, I felt it was the right time for players to develop a stronger emotional bond with Valerie as well.
