The first DevLog topic is: Bodywork Repairs 🔧
The custom shader technologies we developed for the CST project realistically reflect rust and paint damage on car bodies. Moreover, each vehicle features unique damage scenarios, making every repair process a different experience!
When customers visit your shop, they may request bodywork and paint jobs. Here’s what you need to do in such cases:
- Generate an inspection report to identify the damage, as customers' requests might be vague and unclear.
- Once you determine the parts that need fixing, use a grinder to remove paint and rust from the affected area.
- Head to the paint machine in your shop, select a color, and mix the paint.
- Manually apply the paint using a brush. Of course, painting over rust might seem like a quick fix, but be careful—your customers will notice it right away! 😉
