Improved Hanger Doors to not trap the players ship

Ship exit now checks for obstructions to prevent clipping inside objects.
Tractor Beam now works on marked Space Rocks.
Fixed bug looting Selenium nodes (blank item) and Carbon nodes (not collecting).
Improved Base Management UI.
Respawn & Save System
Fixed major bug where repaired Space Docks didn't register as respawn points.
Improved respawn mechanics (prevents being stuck in a destroyed ship).
Added a new Regen Pod for respawning.
Updated Base Screen: Requires ship to be linked/unlinked.
