Game Balance:

Now Claudio starts with 4 Materials and 4 Regents.
Blacksmith Recipe Change: Advanced Leather Armor is now Rank 2 (was 3), and Bullet(4) was added in Rank 0.
Material cost change: 40 -> 30.
Arcane Engineer Skillpath had its skills' order changed. Now Artificer skill is Rank 1. Scribe and Wand Mastery Rank was moved up by 1.
Small buff on skills of Blacksmith, Alchemy, Spellblade and Arcane Engineer.

Quality of Life Improvement:

Hardware cursor is now an option. You can set it in Config.

Fix:

Removed the wrong newline in the "Gold Find" text on skill effect.
Fixed the issue where changing the language in Config did not immediately change the language of the title menu.
