[Temporary Notice] Solutions for the crash issue after updating

Hello, Elite Operators!

We have noticed that some players who recently updated to the latest NVIDIA graphics card driver have experienced crashes when launching the game. Based on our preliminary investigation, this issue is highly likely related to a known bug in the DLSS-related driver. We are working at full speed on a fix and will restore normal functionality as soon as possible. If you are currently encountering this issue, please use the temporary solutions below:

Method One:

Go to Settings → Graphics Quality Option. If "DLSS Frame Generation" is enabled under "Graphics Enhancement", please temporarily Close this feature;

Method Two:

Open "My Computer" → enter the following path in the address bar and delete the files inside: C:/ProgramData/NVIDIA/NGX/models → then restart the game.

Method Three:

In your Steam Library, right-click the game → Properties → General → Option properties → Launch Options → enter: -dx11 → Close the window.
