Staff
Fireball Barrage: Added a new Specialization requiring 5 points.
When enabled, Fireball Barrage has an 80% chance to reduce the target's Damage Reduction by 30 for 5 seconds with a max stack count of 10.
Fireball Barrage's cooldown is increased by 9s when the Specialization is enabled.
This Specialization cannot be activated alongside the Mana Burn Specialization.
The Damage Reduction effect is only applied once even if multiple players hit the same target with Fireball Barrage while the Specialization is active.
Wand
Mastery: Added additional effects to Dark Apostasy.
Corrupted Obliteration and Obliterating Swamp now have an 80% chance to reduce the target's Damage Reduction by 40 for 3 seconds with a max stack count of 5.
Slothful Cage now has an 80% chance to reduce Shield Block Chance by 30% for 4 seconds.
Orb
Summon Satellite: Increased the damage dealt when using Stellar Dash from 145% + 53 to 181% + 66.
Summon Satellite: Decreased the damage dealt against monsters from 100% to 60%.
Summon Constellation: Added a new Specialization requiring 5 points.
When enabled, has an 80% chance to reduce Shield Block Chance by 30% for 4 seconds.
This Specialization can be used alongside the Milky Way Specialization.
Longbow
Flash Wave: Fixed an issue causing the Range Increase Specialization to not increase Flash Wave's width.
Battlegrounds
The Indomitable Roar buff will be updated every minute rather than 2 minute cycles.
Indomitable Roar buff tiers 4 and 5 have been removed.
The score difference required to receive Indomitable Roar buff tiers 1, 2, and 3 have been adjusted:
20,000 points or more ~ Below 30,000 points: Attack Power +15%, Damage Taken -10%.
30,000 points or more ~ Below 50,000 points: Attack Power +20%, Damage Taken -15%
50,000 points or more: Attack Power +25%, Damage Taken -20%.
Fixed an issue causing the CC Resistance reduction to not immediately apply while interacting with a Control Stone when the Indomitable Roar buff was updated.
General
Action Mode: Fixed an issue preventing skills from being used while hovering the cursor over a target without it being selected.
UI: Fixed an issue causing a Cumulative Access Rewards window to occasionally appear when changing instances.
