Closed Playtest Patch Notes Final

How time flies!

We can’t believe how many of you have jumped into Duo Quest. Thank you so much for playing in the Closed Playtest and for all the thoughtful feedback you’ve shared with us—it’s been incredibly valuable.

This patch will be the final update for the Closed Playtest, before the playtest officially ends on 6th February. If you haven’t had a chance to try the game yet, this will be your last opportunity for a while!

This final patch focuses on a small but important quality-of-life improvement—making Combo Cards clearer and more intuitive to create.

Combo Card Clarity Improved! 🃏

Players will now see icons when hovering over cards during Bondbreaker Mode. These icons act as hints, helping you better understand what kind of combo card you’re about to create.

Icon meanings:

  • 🗡️ Sword = Attack

  • 🔥 Fire = Burn

  • ⚡ Electric = Shock

  • ❄️ Ice = Frost

  • 🛡️ Shield = Block

This change is designed to help players make more informed decisions, rather than feeling like they’re choosing combo cards at random.

We hope you enjoy this update—and once again, thank you so much for being part of Duo Quest’s journey. 💛
