I fixed a couple bugs in the game!
This includes the following...
- No more duplicates found in chests.
- Loot Table Fixes (Some loot wasn't attainable)
- Fixed the Bloody Dagger from leading to infinite runs.
- Fixed some minor discrepancies in cards.
