"The Black Cat and the Crimson Moon Girl" (Side Story & Epilogue DLC) is live!

First and foremost, we would like to thank all the backers who supported the physical rewards and the DLC through our crowdfunding campaign!

This announcement focuses on the details of the upcoming DLC. The full list of backers will be published separately tomorrow!

Now, here are the details for this patch update:

Bug Fixes:

Text:

• Fixed several typos.

• Fixed several punctuation errors.

• Fixed an issue where a specific death ending was not displaying the correct ending name under certain conditions.

Gameplay:

• Fixed an error with Xiyin's facial sprite.

• Fixed instances where the menu could not be closed during specific moments.

• Fixed several avatar display errors.

• Fixed several interactive objects in the presets that were not set up correctly.

• Fixed the color display of specific lights in the Chapter 1 maze.

• Fixed clipping issues with several objects.

• Fixed an issue where the Black Cat's death CG was displaying as a different CG.

Optimizations & Content Updates:

• Text Refinements: Optimized the text for certain dialogues to make the lines more logical and natural.

• Story Adjustment: Made minor adjustments to the zombie game segment (To align with a character's future backstory, Hanabi's "older brother" in the zombie maze has been changed to "older sister," etc.).

• Gameplay Adjustment: Added a death ending for the incorrect door in the Chapter 2 maze.

• Graphics Update: Updated and redrew several illustrations.

• Scene Optimization: Modified and optimized the special scene triggered by Shiina when affection points are maxed out after the True Ending.

• New Feature: Added a hint before the Ice Skating Maze.

• New Feature: Added an Ending Collection feature, viewable from the Title Screen.

• New Feature: Added the entry point for the DLC The Black Cat and the Crimson Moon Girl.

• New Language: Added Japanese localization. Currently in the final proofreading stages; expected to be implemented soon.

A Note from the Developer:

Although we tested the game extensively before release, due to time constraints and the nature of solo development, there may still be some bugs in the initial release of the DLC. If you find any issues, please feel free to DM me on any platform. I will address critical bugs immediately and schedule regular fixes for other issues.
