Fixed the following issues:

- An issue where, when an item was equipped in the item box, moving the item to a different slot would unequip it but it would remain active.
- A bug with the PA-02 models in Chapter 3.
- Work has been done on the achievement system; if you are still experiencing problems, please report them.

A new graphics profile called "Monsters HD" has been added, which retextures the game's enemies.
