Art Academy - bard loves paintings that were shown at last royal exhibition. But to use them, you'll have to buy licenses!
Dragon Monument - You can use it to perform 8 new rituals using dragon blood.

- Animation of getting dragon blood bonuses no longer interrupts choices.
