Welcome back to another Devlog. Today we're gonna show case some new AI animation changes and some more content teasers!
In this video you will see the new ragdoll animations for the AI. We listened to your feedback and would like to know what you think about these new changes! Keep in mind we haven't added any sfx in response to the animations and that will be added in the next AI showcase video where we plan to add the "downed state".

AI Logic
Other than ragdolls, we have also updated the AI logic. Suppression is now a thing that you can do to the AI. When you shoot at the AI they will now either run for cover or shoot back in your general direction. Using a suppressor will mask your exact location making them confused or straight up not hear the gunshot at all. While suppressed they will become less accurate making it harder to kill you. This scales up the more you shoot at them. Additionally the AI will now also hear gunshots. Depending on how close they are they will either move to cover or hunt you down.
We have also done more QOL Changes this time in regards to the operations laptop. We added a "Switch To Simulation Mode" button which only appears after you have completed the mission in the active operations mode. If you didnt know already the simulation mode is where you can change the mission parametres after you have completed the main mission. Right now you can only change the AI amount but in future updates we plan on making it possible to choose the difficulty, AI model, modify sitrep and possibly modify the level with a level editor.
Additionally we have also added a 2 minute timer as a middle ground between 1 minute and 5 minutes.
Here are the new content teasers. We have screenshots of 3/4 new PvE maps, 1 of the new guns and a WIP image of the SIG MG338 coming next year.
