- Added restart button! You can now hold R to restart at any time
- Rearranged delivery UI
- Quota needed is now visible in deliveries
- Added turret counter to pause menu
- Opening pause menu now hides delivery related UI

- Fixed an issue with the default text displaying on the O.F.D
- Adjusted rat SFX
