Coming in hot with another set of fixes/changes.
If you are one of the people who's little people decided to stop collecting parcels, I downloaded a bunch of your save files (thanks if that's you who sent them) and the issue is usually caused by the stairs being placed incorrectly.
In this patch added some UI to make it clearer where stairs need to be placed for them to work. (They basically need to be placed directly above/below eachother.

As requested, I also made it so that replacing walls with different versions refund the original cost of the wall. This makes redecoration easier and less costly. While I was at it I also made it clearer in the UI how much it's costing.
Other fixes
* Removed the "I see you" message as it seemed to occasionally appear to legit Steam users
* Previously placed Lunar new year posters should now be sellable/moveable
* Fixed the forever ringing phone sound
* Gifts can now be selected in vertical mode
Finally, Beta branch,
That's a thing now.
Going forward I'm going to stop pushing updates directly to the main version, and I created a Beta branch where they can be tested first. The beta branch is not password protected, but be careful. If you decide to use it then your save files are at risk.
