Hey! As summer gets closer, I’ve been working on wrapping up a few things in Burgie’s Cozy Kitchen before taking a bit of a breather. The game is almost done (we’re getting there!), but I wanted to leave a few fun updates ready for you to enjoy in the meantime.

Here’s what’s new:

  • New sauces! I’ve added a handful of new sauces to keep things fresh and tasty. Each one has its own vibe and mechanics, and I hope they give you more room to experiment with orders.

  • Special customers with unique outfits: Outfit system is joining the mix! Customers will show up with different clothes, modifying their tastes and behavior. It adds a bit more personality and challenge to each shift.

  • Secret customers to discover: There are now a few hidden customers in the game. If you find them, their names will appear and you’ll even be able to use them as a skin. It’s a little extra fun, especially if want to show up on any stream with an unique skin.

  • New achievements: I’ve also added some achievements that tie together all the new outfits and special customers (plus a few other surprises). If you enjoy completing challenges, there’s more to aim for now.

I’m really excited about how everything is coming together. Thanks so much for playing and following the progress. Your support genuinely keeps me going. I can’t wait to show you the final version soon!

Nau

News13 Aug 2026Should I change the kitchen upgrade system? I want your opinionHi everyone! I'm Nau, the developer behind Burgie's. Today I'm writing to ask you about something that's been on my mind for a few days. I'd like to hear what all the players think before I start coding it, since maybe I'm overcomplicating things here 😅 Besides being a developer, I'm also a player, and lately I've been really hooked on incremental games. So my head has started filling up with…Major update25 Jul 2026Collectible card system - over 400 unique cards!Hi everyone! Today comes a big update focused entirely on the card system. Over 400 new cards based on characters from my other games. I've redesigned the card system from scratch, adding over 400 new cards across several rarities: · Common · Rare* · Legendary (two different types!) *On top of that, rare cards reference popular anime and video games, which I hope you'll enjoy finding and recogn…Burgie's Cozy KitchenGame update8 Jul 2026Gamepad Controls UpdateHey everyone! I just pushed an update that adds gamepad support to Burgie's Cozy Kitchen! I'll be honest with you all, figuring out the "right" control scheme has been surprisingly tricky. There are so many ways to map things, and what feels natural to me might not feel natural to you. So please don't expect this to be perfect right out of the gate! That said, I'd love for you to give it a try…
