Here are the release notes for Update 75.4, released on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025.
News and Notes:
An issue has been corrected with hireling pathing that could cause significant server performance issues if they could not path to their players.
A bug has been corrected that could allow more hirelings to be summoned than intended.
This update includes preparation for this year's Night Revels event, which begins on Wednesday, October 1st and runs through Tuesday, November 3rd. In addition to the returning slate of rewards this year's Night Revels includes a new version of the Night Revels cloak, hat, and robe called the Hag Queen's Attire.
2024 Night Revels candies and other expiring ingredients are now expired. See Known Issues.
Some frills and rocks in Isle of Dread and Myth Drannor have been adjusted as part of the followup work to a recent change on procedural frill generation.
This update includes preparatory work for the delivery of the Armor of the Red Dragon Set! This reward debuts after October 1st as a VIP Loyalty Reward Program benefit. You can read more about the VIP Loyalty Reward Program on DDO.com.
An issue has been corrected in the quest "The Body Snatchers" that could cause players to get stuck in a room with a cookbook if everyone in the room dies.
An issue has been corrected in the quest "Locked Away Part 2" that could cause some of the bomb ingredients to not register properly.
The icon and focus orb of the Lamordia Bottle of Mist has been adjusted to help differentiate it from the Mists of Ravenloft Bottle of Mist.
Various polish has taken place in the Lamordia wilderness area.
Kobold Warriors now attack properly under certain conditions.
Known Issues:
2024 versions of Night Revels ingredients are no longer in data. Copies currently in banks may be dragged into your inventory to delete them and free up the slots again. Copies of the 2024 Night Revels ingredients in Crafting Storage may leave behind stuck entries. These stuck entries will be fixed in a future patch.
