Achievements are back up and running. If you completed any achievements in the past week or so, but they didn't unlock, they should unlock immediately upon starting the game up next time. Apologies for the oversight! I didn't realize the Steam SDK changed and that my code needed updating for achievements to function.
Also, I blame the ghosts. They're always messing with things.
