Disabled handtracking because it interfered with controller tracking with certain hardware and virtual desktop

We are releasing soon and trying to add as much polish as we still can to the game in the limited time we have left, but we prioritize everyone having the intended experience! If anyone is still experiencing game-breaking bugs/issues or big issues with controllers (especially if you're using hardware we might not be using) please let us know!
