tl;dr Release expected end of January
Hi everyone!
Just thought I would update you all on the progress of v1.0 of Harem in Another World! The current plan is to go into beta testing in early January and fully release the game by the end of January! This might move a couple of weeks either side, it depends on how much the Christmas period delays things with people taking time off etc.. But the main core of the work is done and we are polishing the edges and smoothing things out now.
I won't go into all the upcoming changes here, but here are a few points:
The next update will finish the main story and unlock the post-game, which will include scenes only accessible after you finish the campain. In total this update will add 12 new scenes and will also add animations to some previously static ones.
Sasha, Ruth and Madeleine have all now had their pregnancy options implemented, there's also a new achievement for having all three of them in your party pregnant at the same time!
Once the main story is completed, there will be an option to add a nursey to your castle to see the children you've had. This is optional and not tied to any achievement/trophy
WASD movement is now implemented, both for walking around and the boss battles. Arrow keys still work as well.
Hiding text boxes will now hide the character names as well. It will also unhide when dialogue is continued to prevent people hiding it by accident and getting confused.
I'm planning on releasing an artbook along with the main game. This will be a paid DLC and feature some scrapped scenes, development sketches, and unused versions of images along with some commentary on them. It will also include a folder with all the images from the game in wallpaper quality. Haven't settled on a price for this yet.
