Added the Grapple special (grapple at your enemies)

Added Turrets (new item that shoots when you shoot)

Added the Gumshot weapon (bouncy bullets)

Overhauled tutorial (now each player has to do each action individually) (& updated controller icons)

Overhauled shop area (hopefully now it's easier to see what you are doing)

I also:

Polished missile special
Added sounds for mines
Glass breaking sound for shield pots
Shards of glass for shield pot
Shield pot damaged sound
Throw object and pickup object sounds
