We're kicking off our technical playtest today, May 23 – a bit differently than planned.
Due to a pending approval for the dedicated Playtest App, we've decided to launch the Steam Demo version early instead. This version will be updated continuously based on your feedback and will remain available for about one month, including during Steam Next Fest.
What's in the demo?
You'll experience a slice of a campaign mission with multiple replayable routes. Each run takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Weapons can be ranked up, and attachments unlocked.
What we're looking for:
- How well does it run on your system?
- Did you encounter any critical bugs or crashes?
- Are there design elements you’d like to see improved?
⚠️ This is a work-in-progress. Expect bugs, placeholder content, and unfinished systems. Your input will directly shape how the game evolves.
🐛 Known & Expected Bugs
As this is an early work-in-progress build, some issues are known and currently being addressed:
- Unresponsive AI Behavior
Enemy AI may occasionally fail to react properly. This is often caused by missing information nodes or the inability to find valid cover. We're actively adjusting these systems to strike the right balance between performance and intelligent behavior. - Weapon Rank Display Bug
In some cases, the in-game weapon rank may appear to reset or decrease after restarting a mission. This is purely a visual issue — your actual progress and weapon stats remain unaffected. - Audio Mixing Incomplete
The overall sound mix is still under development. Expect placeholder audio, inconsistent volume levels, and general imbalance. This is a key area we’ll be improving over the coming weeks. - Gameplay Lag Spikes
You may experience minor stutters or lag spikes, particularly when loading new sections of the level. We’re aware of this and working on smoother level streaming and performance optimizations.
