Audio Output, Profile/Chat Backgrounds, Hide Online Status, Shift Lock & more!

你好! Updates, as usual they're heavily based on user feedback/ideas (particularly from our Discord server - so thank you!):

• Audio output: select an audio-output, e.g. default, headphones, a particular device, etc.

• Custom SoundFonts & VSTs now work in multiplayer. Thanks noakopiano@ for the idea.

• Chorus & delay effects. Thanks noakopiano@ for the suggestion!

• Resizable Sheet Music Training & QWERTY Mode: They're now resizable if you drag the bottom left or right corners. Thanks Ayien@ for the feedback about them being too tiny depending on the user's set-up.

• Hide online status setting. Available under Settings > Multiplayer.

• Separate Gradient for Display Name: You can now set a gradient for your username that's separate to your gradient theme color.

• Metronome/SFX volume setting. Thanks icymcspicy@ for the idea!

• Profile/Chat Backgrounds & Gem In-App Purchases: Custom profile/chat backgrounds in the shop and gems are now available to purchase, which will help fund consistent PianoGlow development/updates.

• Shift Lock: you can now set a shortcut for Shift Lock, thanks noakopiano@ and marcpianostuff@ for the idea.

• Fixes: Predictive QWERTY Velocity (now customizable slider for min/max predictive velocity), crashes, etc.
