Fixed an issue with easy mode that would stop you from progressing after 5-C and require you to click "restart" in the pause menu if you fell in various other levels
Fixed an issue with moving enemies/bosses where they would jitter back and forth rapidly
Fixed the "Jumping Jacks" achievements
