Attention Station residents!
The time has come! The Station was in power-saving mode for too long. It is time once again to dust off the guns, grease the hinges and march out into the reaches unknown – the alien invasion won’t stop itself.
For this Next Fest we’ve rolled out an updated demo of the game! Featuring new mechanics, content and new enemy balance, brushed up and refreshed. Several systems were reworked completely, resulting in new in-raid and meta progression, and new enemies and hazards were added. It’ll keep you on your toes even if you played the previous demo.
There’s plenty of new stuff:
- Brand new system of implants and modules. Some of them are universal and some are unique to squad members, drastically changing their abilities and encouraging new playstyles
- Reworked starter sets. Now instead of a set list of consumables, you get randomized starting equipment, now the set is different for every run.
- Dozens of new equipment items with not just stats, but also special properties allowing to create unique character builds.
- Completely new look on the Ferals. You’ve met them in the previous demo, but now they're a full enemy faction armed with acidic weapons (yes, guns too). Dangerous like never before.
- New level types and new interactable objects on the battlefield. Throwers tossing enemies back and forth, transmitters summoning backup, weather conditions and ground elevations to really expand on your positioning.
The demo is already available, so don’t keep the New Earth waiting – try it out and, of course, add Deadlock Station to your wishlist! It’ll be much appreciated.
