Hello!
I just updated the demo to version 0.2.0, introducing Leaderboards!
The leaderboards main score is Research Points, but they also track Time, Kills, and Levels.
There will be one for each map, and they are accessible from the "Sample Selection" menu.
I've also added a personal High Score system, which will be displayed at the end of each match.
Other Changes:
Reduced the per-level bonus to the Area stat given by the symbiont Dynamobiont magnitudus
Reduced emit audio level of symbiont Electrobiont impulsus
Removed on-screen message for HP regen activated by symbiont Energobiont rigenium
