Launch Hotfix ⚒️
We plan to release a quick hotfix today addressing some easy to fix issues within Tiny Garden. These include things like the achievement bug and a cursor bug. Also some minor visual improvements and more.
Crash Bug 👷♂️
An issue that some players have come across a bug that crashes the game when it's first opened. We, unfortunately, were not able to find this bug while testing the game. After investigating, it seems like it is an issue with the engine and will take a little longer to fix it. In the mean time, here are some fixes that we believe might help:
- Double check your system meets the minimum specs on the Steam store page.
- Verify your game files. Right click the game in Steam library -> Select Properties -> Select Installed Files tab -> Select
- Uninstall the game and redownload it.
- For some people, it might be a case of making sure they meet the minimum specs on the systems they're playing on as some of the logs indicate they are under spec.
- For anyone playing on laptops with dual graphics cards, try switching from the integrated graphics card (if it defaults to that) to the dedicated graphics card.
Note: The laptop power mode may impact this, so check this setting to prioritise performance
If none of these working, then you will have to wait until we sort out the fix. We're so sorry that this has come up. It is our top priority to fix it.
