A few additional fixes:

Office scroll button becoming invisible after several “slaps”, fixed
Interactions sometimes blocked by dialogue bubbles, fixed
Faulty blood pressure monitor resetting to zero, fixed
Possible fix for black screen issues — to be confirmed
Patient disappearing after using a tool, fixed
“Sick leave” anomaly triggered when the patient didn’t need one, fixed
Books overlapping after multiple open/close actions, fixed

Minor adjustments:

The surgeon will now only appear starting from Day 4, to keep the first days calmer
Added sound effects for the blood pressure monitor when entering and leaving the ear
Slightly faster fade transitions between scene changes
