Common Player Feedback Q&A Since the Prologue Update

Thank you for your continued support and feedback since the release of the Prologue Update for Pixel Dungeon: Prologue. We appreciate your engagement and want to address some common questions and concerns raised by our community.

1. Christmas Event Participation

The Christmas event is accessible to all users, whether they are on Meta or Steam. Join the discord and follow the direction. An inportant takeaway is that after clicking the event button within the game, which will open in your computer's browser, you'll need to continue from there.

2. Progress Reset for Some Players

We regret to inform our players that during the login period from December 21 to December 24, Pixel Dungeon: Prologue experienced an issue where 109 players had their progress reset. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

To compensate affected players, we are offering the following rewards:

- 1000 Gold Coins
- Avatars: 10, 14, 17, 19, 20
- Weapons:
All 1-star weapons
Five 2-star initial weapons
One 2-star dart
One 2-star heavy sword

Upon entering the online lobby, players will receive a toast notification. In their respective rooms, a purple stone will appear; breaking this stone will grant all compensation rewards.

For players who did not log in during this period, your game progress remains intact.
