War log centered at the top (more immersive wars)
Adjusted layouts on title and war screens so many choices are displayed intuitively at once (more user-friendly)

At each date change, players receive a large additional amount of action points based on difficulty (Normal +100, Hard +70, Very Hard +50)
Support gain slightly increased for Normal and Hard difficulties
- Fixed an issue where wars with South Africa showed a war (emergency) marker on Ukrainian territory
- Fixed an issue where the 'Government' tab sometimes required pressing cancel twice to close
- Translation improvements
English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, German: added and improved war log terms/descriptions
Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, German: fixed an issue where opposing countries were shown in English in 2025 mode
